There are many cases where the flatness of specimen surface is poor when testing in fields. Please be careful when moving down an indenter accordingly.

Q. Does an indenter move up automatically when completing a test?

A. When completing a test, the ‘Indenter Move Up’ message appears, and if clicking the confirm, it would move up automatically, but because there is a concern about collisions when moving the test position depending on the specimen geometry, it is necessary to move manually in some cases.

Q. How can I do if a load-displacement graph is not drawn despite completing an Engage and starting the test?

A. This happened because the contact with a specimen did not take place properly due to external shock or foreign substance at the time of the Engage. Change the test position and conduct the Engage again, and then carry out the test again.
