    A. There are many cases where it occurs because the equipment is not properly connected with a computer. Check whether or not the equipment is powered on, and reconnect the equipment’s communication cable with the receiver. If there is no change on the status window even after reconnecting, please contact Frontics.

    A. You can not do the analysis. You have to do a test additionally.

    A. You can add multiple data to analyze during a RS analysis. However, a function to add after multiple selection is removed for minimizing user’s mistakes. We provide the update to enable multiple selection only for users who are highly skilled.
