Q. How can I do if the load and displacement is not displayed on the status window when turning the software on?

A. There are many cases where it occurs because the equipment is not properly connected with a computer. Check whether or not the equipment is powered on, and reconnect the equipment’s communication cable with the receiver. If there is no change on the status window even after reconnecting, please contact Frontics.

Q. It appears that the FT test condition is the same as the TS condition, and can I do the FT analysis with TS data?

A. You can not do the analysis. You have to do a test additionally.

Q. Can I analyze several test data at one time during a HV, TS analysis?

A. You can analyze several data at one time and also obtain a mean value of the analyzed data.

Q. Can I analyze multiple test data at one time during a RS analysis?

A. You can add multiple data to analyze during a RS analysis. However, a function to add after multiple selection is removed for minimizing user’s mistakes. We provide the update to enable multiple selection only for users who are highly skilled.

Q. How can I do if the graph of a test result is abnormal?

A. You have to fine the trouble shooting cases to solve the problem. For the trouble shooting, please refer to the Manual Part 4.
